Made of food-safe polyethylene, these chocolate sphere molds facilitate shells' preparation to cover a semifreddo or combine (thanks to the different diameters available) to create elegant and geometric showpieces.
This kit contains six separate forms:
- The first form is 3.93" in diameter.
- The second form is 5.11" in diameter.
- The third form is 5.51" in diameter.
- The fourth form is 5.90" in diameter.
- The fifth form is 6.88" in diameter.
- The sixth form is 7.87" in diameter.
These molds are suitable for contact with aqueous, alcoholic, and food containing free fats on the surface in the following conditions: freezing and cooling; 10 days at 40 degrees C; with warm food up to 70 degrees C for 2 hours or up to 100 degrees C for a maximum of 15 minutes not followed by prolonged storage at room or cooling temperature.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
